The data controller is Enrico Pennacchio, reachable through this site's contact form or by email.

Data collected by the form

When you use the contact form I collect your name, email and message. The purpose is only one: to read and reply to you. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in following up on your request. I don't do marketing and I don't share data with third parties.

How the message is sent

The form sends the data to a mailer service (Freedomlab Mail, hosted on Modal) that delivers it via Resend to my inbox. I keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request.

Cookies and browser preferences

I don't use profiling or analytics cookies, and there's no cookie banner because none is needed. The only thing stored in your browser is the light/dark theme preference (localStorage): it doesn't track you and isn't shared with third parties.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or object to the processing of your data by writing to me through the form or by email.
